We are please to advise that we are currently seeking a qualified and experienced A320 Engineer for the following position:
A320 Line Maintenance Coordinator
This full time position is based in Manchester and will be responsible for the day-to-day Line Maintenance oversight of our A320 fleet and will provide support to our Continued Airworthiness Maintenance Organisation (CAMO) Team located in Luxembourg.

The successful candidate will be seconded to our Maintenance Provider Part 145. This position is accountable for ensuring the compliance to the Companys Engineering Procedural Manual (s), EASA Regulations and Occupational Health & Safety requirements. This will be achieved through close effective working relationships with the CAMO Team and through the development of mutually beneficial relationships with external suppliers.

Responsibilities:
Carry out standard engineering duties on our A320 fleet;
Provide Maintenance Watch Engineer support as directed by the Company;
Carrying out aircraft maintenance (Mechanical) on company aircraft in a timely and safe manner in accordance with Startegic Airlines S.A. Maintenance Control & Procedures Manual (s), Company Policies, EASA regulatory requirements and aircraft maintenance manuals;
Ensuring timely and correct certification of all work carried out;
Quality Control for aircraft presentation upon completion of maintenance and prior to release to service;
Ensuring company property is maintained and stored correctly and any property that is damaged and/or missing is reported within a timely manner;
Building and maintaining a good working relationship with contractors and outside service providers;
Complying with Occupational Health & Safety requirements.

Required:
EASA Part 66 Licence and B1 (preferably also B2) rating on Airbus A320 is considered essential;
Ability to prioritise workload to achieve multiple tasks as required;
Able to react quickly and accurately to changes in the scheduled maintenance program due to the nature of operation;
Ability to understand, interpret and apply regulatory requirements and workplace agreements;
Need to be able to work independently and as part of a dynamic team;
Flexible and have the ability to operate effectively under pressure;
Excellent people skills;
Ability to read, write and speak English.

Enthusiastic team players, comfortable with the challenges of aviation, who work to an exacting and precise standard, and have good written and verbal communication will be preferred.
